DESIGN ENGINEER FOR PRESSURE VESSEL
Possess Degree in Mechanical/Structural Engineering with at least 10 years experience in similar field
Must be familiar with the following pressure vessel code: BS5500
ASME Section VIII Div 1 & II
Heat Exchanger Tema Design
Able to do manual calculation and experience in using compress software is an added advantage
Proficiency in Auto CAD is essential
Experience in obtaining U, U2 and S stamps is an advantage

DESIGN ENGINEER FOR BULK VERTICAL STORAGE TANK
Possess Degree in Mechanical/Structural Engineering with at least 10 years experience in similar field
Must be familiar with the following bulk Vertical Storage tank code:
BS4360
API 650
API 620
Able to do manual calculation and experience in using compress software is an added advantage
Site experience on the erection of vertical tank is an added advantage

CIVIL STRUCTURAL ENGINEER
Possess Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering with at least 10 years experience in oil & gas, refinery or terminal.
Able to design civil and structural works to comply to BS code
Able to lead a team of site personnel to execute job at site.
 

DESIGN DRAUGHTSMAN
Possess at least a Diploma in Drafting
Minimum 10 years experience in drafting and detailing of pressure vessels, storage tanks, structural works etc.
Proficiency in Auto CAD is essential
Should be able to prepare the detailed bill of material/MTO and assist in estimation works and sourcing materials in the local market
 

PROPOSAL/ESTIMATE ENGINEER
Minimum Degree holder.
15 years experience in construction and engineering in contracting field especially oil & gas, terminal industires.
Candidates are expected to study bid document, participate in pre-bid meetings/site visit.
Prepare specification for critical items and forward to obtain commercial budgetary offers.
Prepare material take-off, prepare all paper documentation up to technical/commercial tender bid inclusive of costing for review, signatory and submission to client.

QA/QC ENGINEER
Possess Degree in Metallurgical/Mechanical Engineering or its equivalent.
Responsible for Quality Engineering functions of the company to ensure compliance to the company's quality control manual as per ASME SEC.VIII Div. 1 & Div. 2 and all customer and statutory requirements.
Review Engineering drawings and Material procurement orders for compliance with code and project specifications.
Liaise with Production Superintendent and Customer for preparation of Inspection and Test Plan, Welding Procedures, and overall project Quality Assurance system.
Evaluation of sub-vendors for services like Non-Destructive testing, Post Weld Heat Treatment and Blasting/Painting.
Coordination with third party agencies and client representatives to resolve QA/QC problems customer complaints concerning quality.
Attending Pre-Inspection and Project Inspection meeting with Clients for confirmation of project QA/QC requirements and responsible for maintaining proper records to demonstrate that all the project requirements are met.
Able to lead a team of QC Inspectors in monitoring the various quality control and welding activities like receiving inspection, in process and final inspection of various pressure vessels. Visiting sub-contrators whenever deemed necessary.
Review of non-conformances and follow-up with clients for approval of repair procedures.
Overseeing the compilation of Manufacturer Data Reports for Pressure Vessels.

PROJECT ENGINEER
Recognized Degree in Engineering
At least 15 years working experience in the industry
Able to coordinate project work, organize resources to ensure timely completion of projects.

SYSTEM ANALYST
Degree in Computer Engineering/Computer Science
Minimum 2 years experience in MS Windows NT 4.0 Network environment
Knowledge in Local Area Networking implementation, TCP/IP, Unix or Linux, MS Proxy Server, Win 95/98
Knowledge in BAAN is preferred or any ERP systems
Possess a good communication skills and able to make minor decisions
Knowledge in programming such as Visual Basic, HTML is preferred
